Typically 20 to 40 minutes depending on hair density and individual sensitivity. The service includes consultation, cleansing, waxing, and soothing aftercare. First-time clients or those with sensitive skin may need a bit more time to ensure comfort and optimal results.

Some discomfort is normal, especially for first-timers, but trained technicians use quick technique, proper wax temperature, and calming products to minimize pain. Exfoliating beforehand, avoiding caffeine, and scheduling outside peak sensitivity can also reduce discomfort.

Trim hair to about a quarter inch if needed, avoid applying lotions or oils on the day, and exfoliate 24 to 48 hours prior to remove dead skin. Avoid recent sun exposure or tanning and wear loose clothing after the service.

Most clients enjoy three to six weeks of smoothness depending on individual hair cycles. For maintenance we recommend waxing every four to six weeks. Regular waxing often results in finer, sparser regrowth and longer-lasting intervals between appointments.

Waxing can sometimes cause temporary redness or ingrown hairs, especially with curly or coarse hair. We minimize risks with proper technique, pre-exfoliation guidance, and post-wax care such as gentle exfoliation, moisturizers, and avoiding tight clothing to promote healthy regrowth.

Yes, with precautions. We perform a consultation and may do a patch test, selecting appropriate wax and aftercare for sensitive or acne-prone skin. If there are open lesions or severe cystic acne, we may postpone or suggest an alternative method to avoid irritation.
