Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Cluster Fill.

Most clients schedule a Cluster Fill two to three weeks after their original application. This timing addresses natural lash shedding and prevents visible gaps. Your technician will assess growth and recommend the ideal interval based on wear and adhesive strength.

When applied and removed by a trained technician using proper glue and techniques, Cluster Fills are safe. Overuse or poor application can cause stress, so follow aftercare and avoid excessive fills to maintain healthy natural lashes.

Most Cluster Fill sessions take 30 to 45 minutes depending on how many clusters are needed and lash condition. Your artist will evaluate your set upon arrival and can give a more precise timeframe.

We recommend avoiding mascara immediately after a fill to prevent clumping and adhesive compromise. After 24-48 hours, you may use water-based mascara if needed, but oil-based products and waterproof formulas can weaken glue and shorten wear.

Avoid water, steam, and heavy sweating for 24 hours; skip oil-based cleansers and eye creams. Brush clusters gently daily, sleep on a silk pillowcase, and schedule regular fills to maintain fullness and adhesive longevity.

Pricing varies by location and how many clusters need replacing; typical Cluster Fills are priced lower than full sets. Contact our salon for current rates or book a consultation so we can assess your lashes and provide an accurate quote.
